This gin is crafted from amanatsu (a Japanese summer citrus), juniper berries, and green tea. Amanatsu is a rare citrus that ripens in late autumn but develops sweetness only by early summer, making this gin a true annual limited edition.

Neat, it has a sweet citrus aroma with a hint of tartness. The palate starts like fresh orange juice, then transitions to gentle green tea and classic juniper. The structure is clear and cheerful, with a charming sweetness from the amanatsu.
