Most fruit liqueurs are heat pasteurized before bottling, but this can damage the flavor and texture of fresh fruit. To preserve the pure, fresh taste of melon, Houou Biden uses an innovative ultra-low temperature sterilization process. No preservatives, no artificial colors, no flavoring.
