First, try it neat. The nose bursts with fresh, tart yuzu aromas—truly outstanding. On the palate, a hint of sweetness is immediately followed by bright yuzu flavor, intertwined with the slightly bitter zestiness of yuzu peel, spreading and lingering in your mouth. Although the alcohol content is high at 20%, it goes down incredibly smoothly, and the finish is even longer than many stronger spirits—a fascinating experience! This makes it perfect for a relaxing nightcap.

Next, try it with soda (1:1 ratio). The result is a crisp, natural yuzu spritz; the bitterness from the peel fades away in the bubbles, leaving a drink that is barely sweet and great for food pairing. (But beware—the high ABV and easy drinkability can be deceptive!)
