Pouring reveals a rich, full-bodied liquid that clings to the glass, releasing the luscious aroma of ripe plums. On the palate, it’s round and robust, with a strong plum presence and moderate sweetness, balanced by a gentle acidity. As it develops, notes of wood emerge, and the flavors of ripe plum and oak blend seamlessly, gliding smoothly across your palate.
