The new packaging design features a blueprint of the KI NO BI House, elegantly printed on premium washi paper. Inside, the House Gin is based on the classic KI NO BI, but is blended with pure well water from the garden of KI NO BI House and bottled at 43% ABV. This makes the mouthfeel even softer than the regular edition.

The aroma is gentle, with yuzu and lemon supported by subtle sansho pepper spice. On the palate, the texture is round and silky, the alcohol is beautifully restrained, and flavors of juniper, yuzu, and green tea blend in perfect harmony, with a graceful, lingering finish. The lowered ABV enhances drinkability without sacrificing complexity, making it ideal neat or on the rocks.
