At 6% ABV, it’s great neat, on the rocks, or with soda. On the nose, the herbal aroma of gin and sage surprisingly takes the lead, wrapped in a gentle sweetness. Medium-bodied, the palate starts with luscious grape flavor, followed by refreshing botanical notes that linger in a long finish.
