The brewery takes fragrant, sweet Nagano Fuji apples, processes them into a fine puree, and blends them into their Nanko ume-based umeshu with a “Hanachū” ginjo sake base. The combination of Nagano Fuji apples, 130 years of sake brewing mastery, and top-grade Nanko plums is far more than just 1+1+1=3—the creativity and craftsmanship behind it are truly impressive.
