What is Yoko Bar?
According to Tatenokawa Brewery, Yoko Bar is a mysterious bar hidden deep in the mountains of Mount Chokai.
Its location is undisclosed, closed on weekdays, and occasionally opens on weekends — serving only regulars.
Owner Ms. Yoko is a free-spirited mixologist whose cocktail creations — often whimsical and daring — are shared through charming illustrations on Instagram.

For this special creation, Ms. Yoko combined rich Jersey yogurt, known for its velvety texture, with Tatenokawa’s Daiginjo sake.
She then blended it with organic Setouchi lemons from Citrusfarms Tachimichiya, a grower renowned for producing pesticide-free lemons so pure that locals even eat the peel.

On the nose, it’s an inviting harmony of fresh lemon zest and yogurt aroma, instantly evoking the scent of a creamy cheesecake.
