In September 2021, Diageo announced that it had taken a stake in Yasuzo Distillery and would fully support production and global sales. With Diageo's assistance, the future of Yasuzo is definitely worth looking forward to.

The product to be introduced this time is Kasinosuke's second Single Malt, with a limited quantity of 5,000 bottles. In terms of packaging, this work continues the minimalist style of the First Edition. The front of the outer box is dignified and simple, while the side presents a three-dimensional view of the "Fukinohana Beach" outside the distillery. When you touch it, the dark green seawater part is very smooth, and you can feel the texture of overlapping waves where the waves are, and the roughness of sand grains where the white sand is... Exquisitely astonishing!

In terms of connotation, this time's work blends the base wines matured in bourbon barrels and sherry barrels, then finishes them in shochu barrels and red wine barrels, and bottles them at 57 degrees of the base wine. According to the official statement, this product has a fragrance of citrus, green apple, gingerbread, and lemon tea, the taste is honey, cinnamon and grapefruit, and the aftertaste is a long Bittersweet.
