As soon as the fine wine is served, one can judge from its aroma alone that the Sherry character of this wine is more intense than any other vintage. Among the scents of apples, raisins, and wood, a gentle peatiness emerges, delicate and unassertive. The entry is smooth and full-bodied, with dried fruit flavors enveloped in a refreshing mint, making it exceptionally "natural." And the peatiness?
