This expression is a groundbreaking exception. The craft distillery first extracts the natural citric acid from fresh lemons before distilling it alongside juniper berries using a proprietary method. The result is a craft gin that shockingly retains the fruit's full, explosive tartness.
Neat, the nose delivers a sharp, vibrant burst of fresh citrus with a hint of green lemon peel. On the palate, it unleashes an intensely mouth-watering tartness followed by a subtle, pleasant bitterness. The finish is bone-dry, leaving a lingering, crisp citrus aftertaste. Due to its intense sour profile, it is best enjoyed as a highball rather than neat.
