Made with Japanese apple blossom honey, this is the sweetest expression among the three. On the nose, rich floral honey aromas immediately emerge. (2) Plain Mead

Crafted from a blend of mixed floral honeys. The aroma is delicate and elegant, carrying soft white floral notes layered with gentle honey sweetness.
