“Ridiculously delicious.”

And honestly… every customer who tries it in-store ends up wanting to bring a bottle home.

When we first sampled this liqueur ourselves, we were instantly captivated by its flavor and immediately placed a huge order without hesitation. Ironically, even before we had time to properly introduce it, customers were already coming in specifically asking for it.

The reason?
Enxi Jun had already crowned it a “legendary bottle” online.

The vibrant crimson color comes entirely from the concentrated essence of 27 tomatoes. No artificial coloring, flavoring, or stabilizers are added — all of the rich umami and freshness come purely from the tomatoes themselves.

The producer officially recommends three ways to enjoy it:

1. On the rocks
2. Mixed 1:1 with beer
3. Mixed 1:1 with soda water

So naturally, we had to try them immediately.

First, neat.

The aroma is full of sweet-and-tangy tomato freshness, with an especially attractive savory tomato character. Remarkably, there is almost no noticeable alcohol presence.

The palate is thick and rich, almost like a luxurious tomato bisque, packed with deep tomato umami. Sweetness remains restrained, while the lively acidity keeps the drink refreshing and endlessly drinkable.

Honestly, we never expected it to taste this good even on its own — it is the kind of bottle that makes you keep pouring another glass.

The tomato aroma becomes even fresher and brighter. On the palate, the juicy umami of tomato sweeps through quickly before transitioning into gentle sweetness layered with hoppy beer bitterness.
