Unlike "Pineapple Beer" which often contains neither fruit nor beer, this sparkling wine is fermented from 100% genuine Okinawa pineapples. Featuring fine bubbles from a secondary fermentation, it is a refreshing, food-friendly wine that showcases the vibrant acidity of the fruit.

Okinawa’s subtropical climate makes it the only region in Japan capable of cultivating pineapples. This expression is crafted by the Nago Pineapple Winery, an estate dedicated exclusively to pineapple winemaking. While their other labels focus on tropical sweetness, this "Dry" version emphasizes a crisp, clean acidity.

The wine pours a beautiful champagne gold. On the nose, it offers scents of fresh, young pineapple. The palate is greeted by fine carbonation and a tartness reminiscent of red berries, followed by a lingering pineapple aroma. The winery describes it as "Karakuchi" (Dry), but its hallmark is a zesty, mouth-watering freshness.

The name "Summer Snow" is inspired by Okinawa’s coral spawning season, where millions of eggs drift through the dark ocean like underwater snow. The dense, continuous bubbles in this sparkling wine evoke this romantic natural wonder. For added convenience, the bottle features a "ZORK" resealable cap, allowing you to preserve the carbonation and freshness even after opening.
