This delightful liqueur is crafted from perfectly ripe Japanese red plums, freshly juiced and blended with Tatenokawa Junmai Daiginjo sake, then finished with a touch of brewing alcohol. With plum juice making up 52% of its content, it’s practically a luxurious glass of plum nectar with a gentle alcoholic whisper.
