By allowing Koshu grapes to fully ripen on the vine, they accumulate higher sugar levels, resulting in a rounder, sweeter palate. At the same time, Koshu’s natural crisp acidity is preserved, creating a fine balance of sweetness and freshness unlike conventional Koshu wines. The addition of Bailey Alicante A grapes lends the wine its bright pink hue, making it visually irresistible.

Pulling the cork releases aromas of ripe grape sweetness, gentle florals, and white wine freshness. On the palate, the flavor is juicy, sweet, and vibrant — almost syrupy yet completely natural.
