Alcohol: 16%
Raw material rice: "Ginfu" sake brewing rice from Shintotsugawa Town
Rice polishing: 33%
The last time Jindi Sake was returned was 6 months ago. Although the brand of Jindi is relatively "hidden" and few people know it, the first reaction of many customers who have drunk it is "Is it still in stock?". It's a pity that the quantity of goods is really limited, and in the process of chasing wineries to buy goods, there is even bad news that Jindi Daiginjo has stopped production. The return time has become far away, making many wine lovers miss this fine wine.
fortunately! finally! Last month, I received a notification from the distillery that Jindi Daiginjo has been improved. It also uses Hokkaido rice "Ginfu", but the rice polishing step has been further improved from 35% to 33%. The wine label has also been obtained from Japan. Inscribed by evergreen artist Masashi Sada, the limited shipment is only 1400 pieces. After we learned about it, we hurried back to try the taste. Sure enough, the taste is in line with the previous generation of Kindi Daiginjo, and it is still refreshing and pleasing to the throat. Let’s have a brief aftertaste below.
After the snow freezes, the aroma is sweet rice aroma. After taking a sip, the wine body is refreshing and cold in the heart. The light fruity and floral aromas flow smoothly over the cheeks, leaving a hint of floral aroma in the throat after drinking. Although the alcohol content is 16%, the alcoholic feeling is extremely low when you drink it, and it feels elegant and delicate, which makes people want to drink it unexpectedly. This flavor is a perfect match with white fish sashimi.
