The gin uses KI NO BI’s signature blend of 11 botanicals, further enhanced with distilled almond and macerations of seasonal Japanese citrus fruits such as bitter orange and navel orange. These labor-intensive processes infuse the gin with a faint golden hue and vibrant fruit aromas.

Previously, the only way to taste “SEXY FISH” Gin was to fly to London. Upon opening, the SEXY FISH Gin fills the room with a vibrant citrus aroma, radiating energy. The palate is rich with candied peel and orange, layered with woody and almond notes. The mid-palate features KI NO BI’s classic yuzu, lemon, and green tea, with restrained juniper. The finish leaves lingering citrus notes on both the palate and in the glass.
