"Hinata Gin" is distilled by Kyoya Shuzo from Miyazaki Prefecture. The main raw materials are three types of citrus fruits produced in Miyazaki Prefecture: "Hinata Haya," "Heibei-su," and "Kinkan." The work is thus named "Hinata" (Hinata means Hiyama). In addition to the aforementioned citrus fruits, the work also incorporates spices such as cardamom, cloves, Sichuan pepper, star anise, and fennel for distillation to enhance the character of the work.
TRY DRINKING IT NEAT FIRST. THE AROMA IS A SOUR CITRUS FRAGRANCE. AFTER YOUR NOSE GRADUALLY ADAPTS, YOU CAN DISTINGUISH THE SCENTS OF CHAMOMILE AND CARDAMOM, WHICH ARE FRESH AND PLEASANT. AT THE START OF THE TASTE, THERE IS A SLIGHTLY SWEET SOUR CITRUS FLAVOR, FOLLOWED BY WAVES OF SICHUAN PEPPER AND STAR ANISE.
