The Yamajin Orchard & Herb Garden is their dedicated farm, growing fruits and botanicals used in their products—lemon being one of their specialties. With such expertise, making lemon liqueur comes naturally. The minimalist label reflects the same strict standards they apply to skincare, ensuring this liqueur lives up to their “zero complaints” standard.

The production method is meticulous. Most fruit liqueurs simply infuse fruit flesh or peel in a base spirit. Yamajin, however, takes a different approach: they peel whole lemons, ferment them with yeast and sugar, and then distill the result into a high-proof spirit. This in-house spirit is then blended with fresh-squeezed lemon juice and lemon cordial, resulting in a liqueur packed with real lemon essence. The distilled base adds a subtle spirit warmth, while the sweetness is precisely controlled.

Pour it into a glass and you’ll see flecks of lemon pulp and zest floating in the liquid. The aroma is natural and vivid—just like sniffing a fresh lemon.
