SHOCHU RICE: YUMEJI
ALCOHOL BY VOLUME: 15%
POLISHED RICE RATIO: 39%
The Japanese pronunciation of 39 is similar to "Thank you." This sake has a polishing ratio of 39%, and the brewery also adopted the sound of 39 to express gratitude to customers, as well as the people and things encountered in life, which is very interesting. Enjoy this sake with those who have taken care of you over the past year, and secretly say "39" as you start the new year with a grateful heart!
This wine is a limited-edition product called "Kanju Meisho" released only once at the beginning of each year. This year's label is printed with a bright orange flashing pattern and the words "Keep the lights on." On one hand, it signifies the continuation of the tradition of releasing this wine once a year. On the other hand, it subtly expresses that even though many wineries were destroyed in the Noto Earthquake, the work of winemaking will continue. Come and try this year's offering to see what the flavor is like!
AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE BOTTLE AND POUR IT INTO THE GLASS, THE AROMAS OF FRESH PEACHES, GREEN APPLES, MUSCAT GRAPES, AND OTHERS RUSH INTO YOUR NOSE, FRESH AND ENTICING. ON THE PALATE, YOU FIRST SENSE A DELICATE EFFERVESCENCE, ENVELOPED BY A FAINT FRUIT SWEETNESS AND ACIDITY. THE BODY IS SMOOTH YET NOT HEAVY, FOLLOWED BY A POWERFUL BURST OF RICE AROMA, WITH A HINT OF THE BITTERNESS OF RICE GRAINS AT THE FINISH. OVERALL, IT'S VERY CLEAN AND CRISP. SIMPLE PAIRINGS LIKE SASHIMI, SUSHI, OR TAMAGOYAKI ARE ALREADY A PERFECT MATCH!
If you're looking for a sake to express your gratitude, or if you like sake products that have a fruity sweetness in the aroma and a rice aroma when tasted, don't miss this limited edition of Hanju "Special thanks 39"!
